Full service Co-hosting

(most popular)

We charge a fee of 20% on total booking (after the booking platform takes their commission). Our rate includes:

listing creation on your profile on Airbnb as well as listings on Booking.com, Travelground/Lekkeslaap etc on our profile - all brought together on our Property Management System. (Don't have an account? click here to create one)

guest management (before checkin, during the reservation and after checkout)
housekeeping management
laundry management
maintenance management
Creation of guest welcome book
Access to our 20+ page (and growing) guidebook for all your guests
Guest Welcome Gift and special occasion treats

Co-hosting

We charge a fee of 15% on total booking (after the booking platform takes their commission). Our rate includes:

Full Service Property Management

Our full service property management package provides an all-inclusive option to help get your property set up for success.

We will help with setting up the property to get it guest ready including sourcing any missing inventory. We then get professionally photography of your property done and list it on our Superhost profile: to get more eyes on the property from the get go!

Once we get those bookings going, we take charge of everything: reservation management, guest management, housekeeping management, laundry management, and check-in/check-out services.

To put it simply, we are your key to stress free property management.

We charge a fee of 25% on total booking (after the booking platform takes their commission). Our rate includes:

listing creation on OUR Superhost profile on Airbnb as well as listings on Booking.com, Travelground/Lekkeslaap etc on our profiles - all brought together on our Property Management System.
