Truvi
Security Deposit and Guest Verification
Prior to your arrival, AirCnC Property Management requires all guests to complete verification and pay a security deposit.

We’ve partnered with Truvi (formerly known as Superhog), a globally recognized trust and safety company, to provide seamless verification and security deposit management, ensuring peace of mind for both guests and property owners.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a direct request from Truvi to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. Truvi also facilitates the collection of either a fully refundable security deposit (less a 10% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Both the deposit and the waiver cover accidental damage that may occur during your stay. Please ensure your validation is completed before check-in.

Options
Guests can choose one of the following options to secure their booking (administered via Truvi):

-
Pay a non-refundable waiver of R350:
-
Covers up to R5,000 in accidental damages.
-
This protects you from costs associated with accidental loss or damage to the property and its contents.
-
-
Pay a refundable security deposit of R100:
-
The basic damage deposit is a pre-authorized security deposit to protect against minor damages during your stay. The amount is R5000, with a fixed handling fee of 2%.
-
You will be liable for any damages which will be charged to you up until the value of R5000.
-
-
Refundable within 14 days of check-out, provided no claims are made, less 2% handling fee.

Important Notes:
