Full Service Property Management - South Peninsula only
Our full-service property management package provides an all-inclusive option for property owners who prefer not to be involved in the day to day operation or are not living in the area.

Our service includes getting the property ready, sourcing missing inventory, staging the property, organising a photographer to capture the property at it's best, listing maintenance & distribution, guest & reservation management, housekeeping & laundry management etc.

We charge a service fee of 20% after OTA commissions as well as a monthly management fee.
Our virtual property management services are designed to optimise your property's performance online, while you or your trusted host on the ground, take care of the daily hosting.

Our service includes listing maintenance & distribution, guest management and pre-checkin services. We hand over to you or your host 3 days prior to checkin.

We charge a service fee of 10% after OTA commissions as well as an R950 monthly distribution and management fee.
