Our services include: property setup and staging, professional photography, listing creation and distribution, guest communication and vetting, housekeeping and laundry management, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting.
Our fee: 20% of revenue after OTA commissions, plus relevant management fee.
For owners who have a trusted person on the ground but want professional listing management, guest communication, and booking optimisation behind the scenes.
We manage everything digitally and hand over to your host 5 days before each check-in.
What's included: listing setup and distribution, channel management via Guesty, guest communication and vetting, and pre-arrival coordination.
Our fee: 10% of revenue after OTA commissions, plus a R1000* monthly distribution fee, per property.
