Hi! I'm Laurette
My journey in hospitality started in 2008 when I went to hotel school, knowing that creating exceptional guest experiences was something I wanted to be a part of. Over the years, I gained experience across different industries—tourism, film, and even bookkeeping—each role giving me valuable insights into operations, customer service, and business management. Along the way, I tried my hand at e- commerce with a dropshipping store, which was a great learning experience, even if it didn’t take off as planned. In 2021, I made the decision to leave my corporate job and focus on managing my two Airbnbs, combining everything I had learned into something I could truly build for myself.​​​​
The Birth and Growth of AirCnC
What started as managing my own properties quickly turned into something bigger. In 2022, I was approached to take on a third property, and that’s when AirCnC was born. With a strong focus on guest experience and property care, word spread, and we kept growing. Just two years later, we now manage 14 properties, with exciting plans to cement ourselves as the most guest-focused property management company in the South Peninsula. Every stay, every guest, and every home under our care is part of our mission to redefine what it means to truly feel at home while traveling.
