Virtual management is designed for hosts and property owners who have a trusted person on the ground but want professional support with listings, guest communication, and booking management behind the scenes.
We plug your property into Guesty, our property management system, and distribute it across multiple booking channels. We handle guest enquiries, bookings, payments, vetting, and pre-arrival communication. You or your co-host retain full visibility of the calendar and guest details, and we hand over to you three days before every check-in.

Additional Services
If you need help getting your property set up and listed, we offer a once-off listing creation service
at R1750 per property.
For new properties that need a full onboarding visit, we can arrange an in-person setup day at R2950,
which includes a property walkthrough, guest FAQ preparation, check-in procedure walk through
and marketing content.
Travel and accommodation costs are excluded where applicable.

Our Fees
Service Commission: 10% of revenue after OTA commissions.
Monthly Management Fee: R1000 per month, covering distribution costs, channel management, monthly booking and income report, and applicable third party
merchant fees.
Guest vetting fees are charged separately.
