Once you start marketing, distribution and calendar management, responding to multiple guest enquiries (and then they don't book!), checking if the vetting process has been completed, following up on payments, doing monthly reports etc - you realise that you forgot to order the toilet paper and have guests arriving in 5 minutes!

How it works

Plug your property into our preferred Property Management System: the Internationally award winning,

GUESTY, to distribute your property across multiple channels: ensuring your capture all areas of the

market.

We, will optimise the listing, handle guest enquiries & bookings, payments, and assist with any

planning questions they might have (car hire / drivers / concierge service etc).

You or your host have access to the calendar and guest communications so they know exactly what

is happening.

9% of nett revenue after the Online travel Agents (OTA's - Airbnb, booking.com etc) & 3rd party booking

agents takes their fee.

We charge a monthly admin fee of R950 per month which includes:

- distribution costs

- applicable guest vetting admin fee's

- Monthly report of all bookings and income received

- applicable 3rd party merchant fee's

If you would like us to come out and assist with the onboarding process, we charge a daily fee of R2950 (excluding travel / accommodation costs & listing creation costs). This brings us into your property to get as many answers to questions that guests ask as well as film a check in video for guests if the property is self check in. We also film some content for marketing purposes.

If you do not have a listing or Airbnb account yet, you will need to create the account first and go through the easy verification process.

For peace of mind, we handle the guest vetting (on non-airbnb reservations only) through our 3rd party vetting provider, Truvi, to ensure that guests are who they say they are as well as collect any deposits / waivers.

We create a tailored, interactive Welcome Guide for your guests that gets them familiar with the property and check in process as well as the area that they will be visiting. Local favourites restaurants, things to do, places to visit etc. This enhances their experience before they even collect their keys.
