Co-hosting
At AirCnC Property Management, we understand that everyone's rental needs are different. That's why we offer a variety of personalized services to help you manage your property rental needs. Whether you are looking to take full control of your property or just need someone to co-host, our experienced team is here to help. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service, and strive to make sure that you are getting the most out of your rental experience.
You have the listing, the pictures, the descriptions: every thing is ready to go! But you don't live nearby, you don't have the resources for helping turn the property over quickly and restock essentials supplies. We will co-host your property for you! So what's the difference? A co-host helps manage the day to day operations of the property and they invoice for their fees, cleaning fees, laundry fees and any supplies / inventory purchased over that month. Typically their fee does not include anything other than their time to manage the cleaning, laundry and property.

How do we co-host? We ask that the our fee (15%) get's split in the Airbnb app. In addition, at the end of the month, we will invoice for the cleaning, laundry and any additional supplies purchased during the month. There really is nothing more too it.
