This is our core service which is perfect for owners who aren’t based nearby or just prefer not to be hands-on. We take care of everything: marketing, guest communication, check-ins, cleaning, maintenance coordination: you name it.

Today’s guests have a lot of choice and even more demands. Between constant messages, last-minute requests, and high expectations, managing a holiday rental can quickly become a full-time job. That’s where we come in!

Property readiness and Onboarding

We come through to assess your property and then assist you with making sure your property is 

guest ready including sourcing missing inventory or additional amenities.

​

We stage the property and get a professional photographer to make your property look inviting.​

​

We put together the listing and distribute it across multiple channels through our Property

Management System, Guesty, ensuring that your property gets shown to multiple streams

of guests. We also implement an inventory list & a cleaning list.

​Pricing

​

20% of nett revenue after the Online travel Agents (OTA's - Airbnb, booking.com etc) takes their fee.

​

We charge a monthly management fee that covers all the essentials including host call-outs,

administrative and financial support, performance reporting, guest vetting fee's, credit card

processing fees & quality control.

Management fee's are broken down into property size or amenities that need regular maintenance. 

Studio / small 1 bedroom - R1000.00 per month

Large 1 bedroom - 2 bedroom - R1500.00 per month

3 bedroom, or any home with a garden, pool etc - R2500 per month

Excluded:

  • Cleaning & laundry costs

  • Maintenance costs

  • Consumables & utility costs

  • Replacement of broken or worn inventory

  • Replacement of stained or faded linen (high use linen and towels do get replaced often)

  • Listing creation fee

  • Onboarding costs

Onboarding costs will apply and are charged to ensure that the property is set up and guest ready from the onset. It includes a property assessment, deep clean, inventory list, cleaning schedule, staging & photography, start up guest essentials and any missing inventory. This cost is based on the size of the property as well as amenities and will be communicated after the assessment.​​​​​

Once the listing is live, we put together an interactive digital welcome guide which helps with the pre-arrival for each guest. It makes them feel comfortable, welcome and excited about their stay as they get access to multiple recommendations for  the area. It really helps enhance the guest experience before they arrive.

  • Inventory & Maintenance management

  • Guest vetting through Truvi

  • Check-in / check - out assistance

  • Pre & post occupancy inspections

  • Guest welcome gifts and special occasion treats

  • Owner portal for real-time updates on your property’s performance
