Creating a listing is not simply adding pictures, a property description and then setting and forgetting the rates. That’s why we’re committed to delivering the highest quality of service to ensure your property gets booked. Our team of professionals is dedicated to helping you create a listing that sells!

Property Set up

We assist with setting up the property, taking the guess work out of the equation. We provide a comprehensive inventory list of over 100 essentials broken down per room. We are able to source and set up the property to guest standard and we will professionally photograph* your property and create the listing on your profile: we can send you a link to get you started.

  • Visit the property to see what needs to be done and what inventory is needed - we then provide a quote

  • Source and curate all the missing essentials

  • Set up the property to be guest ready

  • Do a deep spring clean of the property

  • Organise photographer* to get professional images of the property

  • Create the listing on your profile (don't have one? We will send a link to get you started)

  • Automate the messages and finalise the rates

  • Publish and hand the listing over to you to manage from there

This package is priced at R2,500.00 (1 bedroom), R3,000.00 (2 bedroom), R3,500.00 (3 bedroom) and includes spring cleaning, arranging photographer and setting up the listing on Airbnb. ​

Listing Creation

You have the property ready to go, you have the professional photo's in hand but the idea of navigating through a platform to set up the Airbnb listing is daunting. We have set up and created many listings and work on the platform daily!

How do we help?

​

  • Add us as a co-host or send us your log in details

  • Send us the pictures and all the property details (we have a document to assist)

  • We will create the listing, upload all the photo's (plus additional photo's of the surrounding area) and caption each image

  • We will complete all the sections available to complete on Airbnb

  • We will set up automatic messages for when guests book, a pre-checkin message and a pre-check out message to prevent repeating and missing messages (your response score if very important!) 

  • Once the listing is ready, we will arrange a meet up and hand the listing over and explain some important aspects of the site

We charge a once off R1,500.00 to create your listing for you provided all the information & images are ready to go.
