Terms & Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to Cape Town.

 

AirCnC Property Management reserves the right to change the rates without prior notification. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the deposit & breakage deposit has been received. Balance of booking fees due are payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Kindly note that bookings are subject to AirCnC Property Management terms and condition as follows:

 

Deposit Policy

Please note a booking is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement has been paid in full. AirCnC Property Management reserves the right, without notice to the Company / Agent / Guest / Group, to release any booking held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.

Should we receive confirmed bookings against provisional bookings, we do reserve the right to contact you to request releasing of the booking and will require a response within 24 hours or the bookings will be automatically released.

 

A reservation will be held on a provisional basis for 24 hours from the time of booking. The Company / Agent / Guest is required to release provisional bookings in writing by e- mail.

 

Cancelations

All booking cancellations must be received by Laurette per e-mail on superhosts@aircnc.co.za No show or early departure forfeits 100% of total stay.

Cancellations 14 days or less prior forfeit 75% of total stay.

Cancellations 15 to 30 days prior forfeit 50% of total stay.

Cancellations in excess of 30 days prior will incur a 10% administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.

Please note that we do consider a cancellation on merit: if it is truly beyond the guests’ control, we will charge accordingly.

 

Check-In/Out Times

Check-in: from 15h00

Check-out: 10h00

Late departures: To be arranged with management.

Early arrivals: Early check-in is only possible if the property is ready for occupation and arranged with management.

Check in instructions and directions will be communicated to you 3 days before arrival.

 

Refundable Breakage Deposit

We require a R1 000 refundable breakage free payable on confirmation of booking into the following bank account with your date of arrival and name of accommodation as reference. Refunded 7-14 days after departure should everything be in order.

Payments to Third Parties

We only pay third parties for other services on your behalf should you have booked activities through us. If monies are deposited into our account incorrectly, we do not refund until cleared with our bank and will only refund directly into the original payer’ account less any banking and transaction fees.

 

Accepted Means of Payment

We accept EFT and Visa card payments only. We do not accept any foreign currency.

 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our properties, but ashtrays are provided for smoking in the outside areas. Should any sign or smell of smoking indoors be discovered upon arrival for the post-checkout clean, a fine of R500 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

 

Pets

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the premises. A fine of R500 will be deducted from your breakage deposit should any sign of a pet be discovered upon arrival for the post-checkout clean.

 

Noise Policy

Please note that should we receive a noise complaint, we will communicate that with you and request a review of the house rules. Should we receive a 2nd offence, we will ask you to depart with immediate affect and a refund will not be issued.

 

AirCnC reserves the right to enter the property at any time during your stay if they deem that to be necessary.

 

  • Please take care of the holiday house like you would take care of yours. Thank you for your cooperation. We trust you will enjoy your stay.

  • Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the building. If any sign or smell of smoking indoors is discovered during the post checkout inspection, a fine of R500 will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

  • When leaving the house unoccupied at any time please lock the doors, close the windows and set the alarm as instructed.

  • Arrival time is after 15H00. Check in instructions and directions will be communicated 3 days before your arrival.

  • Departure is 10H00. Late departures will be penalised unless previously arranged with Laurette.

  • If you break anything please let us know. If you come across something broken, please inform Laurette immediately.

  • No person shall place any refuse within or outside the premises except in the containers and/or the refuse areas provided. Should any refuse be found outside these areas, a fine of R250 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

  • Municipal refuse collections: please refer to the information booklet about the property on arrival. Occupancy at any time, is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation.

  • No events or parties are allowed under any circumstances. Should a party be reported, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

  • No loud music or shouting will be tolerated. Should loud music / shouting be reported, a warning will be issued and after that, should the noise continue, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be issued.

  • Not pets are allowed on the premises. Should trace of a pet be found on the post checkout inspection, a fine of R500 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

  • Do not move furniture around in the premises and do not take them outside.

 

 

 

 

 

I/we, the guests (hereinafter referred to as “we”) booking a property with AirCnC , have read and understood this form, the house rules and the terms & conditions.

 

By booking a property with AirCnC Property Management, we accept the conditions of residence and personal liability for all amounts arising from or due to my/our residence at Paradise Views, booked through AirCnC Property Management.

 

We are aware of the facilities and activities provided by AirCnC Property Management and the risks associated with it. We have been made aware of it in this document, and by our signature, accept the terms of this indemnity and as such we agree to be bound by the following:

 

  • We undertake upon occupation to read the Guest Information Folder placed in the house and to familiarise ourselves with the information on the facilities, activities and services available, MORE IMPORTANTLY, to note and be familiar with all relevant emergency and staff contact numbers.

  • AirCnC and/or the Operators, their management and/or the persons in charge shall not be responsible for any injury to or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any of our belongings at the property arising from the supply of goods and services by AirCnC Property Management, except in the case of gross negligence of the property or any associated loss.

  • Where appropriate, reference to the property includes the Operator and/or its members and/or directors and/or employees and/or agents and/or suppliers and/ or the various operators associated with, contracted to or providing services on or behalf of AirCnC Property Management.

 

Personal Undertaking

 

I am aware of and accept that I and members of my/our party for whom I am legally responsible may be exposed to a variety of risks at the property and, or associated directly or indirectly with, the use of accommodation and facilities, and participation in optional activities offered by AirCnC Property Management.

 

We realise that depending on the activities we choose to participate in, this may require of me/us to be in a good physical and mental condition and we warrant that we are in such a condition.

 

We agree at all times to obey, whether on the property or participating in any activity, any warning notices and instructions of AirCnC Property Management or its service providers and partners.

 

WE HAVE READ The above terms and conditions, Indemnity, house rules and deposit requirements and by proceeding with a booking, we accept these conditions, rules, indemnity and deposit requirements.
